Empowering Careers: IAWA's Successful Career Clinic

On February 22, 2025, IAWA hosted a Career Clinic, an event designed to support its alumni in their career journeys. The day was filled with valuable insights, expert guidance, and networking opportunities, leaving a lasting impact on the attendees.

The event brought together career professionals and speakers who shared their expertise and experiences with the alumni. The day's activities included speed networking, one-on-one sessions with mentors, and goal-setting exercises. These interactive sessions allowed the alumni to receive personalized guidance and support, helping them navigate their career choices.

The feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive, with both mentors and alumni expressing their desire for more career-related activities. IAWA took this feedback to heart and is excited to announce the launch of a mentorship program, set to begin in mid-April.

The mentorship program will pair alumni with experienced mentors who will provide guidance and support over a three-month period. The program will include monthly calls and WhatsApp groups for feedback and resource sharing.

IAWA is committed to empowering its alumni to achieve their career goals, and the Career Clinic was a testament to this commitment. With the launch of the mentorship program, IAWA is taking its support to the next level, providing a platform for its alumni to grow, learn, and succeed.
